White Oleander Farm Collective coordinates smallholder farmers into regenerative supply corridors.
We organize farmers into 10-person clusters, deploy low-cost soil sensors (Gomboc), and measure supply reliability through our FFR score (94% proven). Every harvest earns a Digital Twin – cryptographic proof that the land healed and the farmer was paid a dignity premium.
We start with coconut byproducts for industrial activated carbon, then scale horizontally into cacao. Our farmers capture a ₱10/kg premium.
We are farmer-led, backed by Western Union Foundation, and validated by Cebu Technological University.
