About Nature Delight
Nature's Delight is a 28-hectare regenerative orchard and market farm tucked into a south-facing river valley, founded on a simple conviction: that land cared for well doesn't just survive—it overflows. We took on a tired stretch of former dairy pasture in 2019, soil thin and slumping toward the creek, and set out to prove that healing land and harvesting from it are the same act, not competing ones.Today the farm is a working demonstration of what regeneration looks like when it's done for delight as much as duty. Heritage apple and pear varieties share rows with elderberry, sea buckthorn, and aromatic herbs. Beehives anchor each block. A restored wetland at the valley's low point filters runoff and has quietly become the loudest place on the farm at dawn. We sell at three regional markets, supply a handful of local kitchens, and run our orchard as an open classroom.
