Maasai Treasures CBO is a community-based organization located in the Loita region of Narok South, Kenya. The organization was established to empower Maasai women and youth through cultural preservation, environmental conservation, and sustainable livelihood initiatives. The group works closely with local communities to promote economic empowerment through traditional Maasai beadwork, handicrafts, tree planting, eco-cultural activities, and community development projects. Maasai Treasures CBO also focuses on preserving Maasai cultural heritage while creating opportunities for women and young people to improve their living standards.
