From mining land to food forest in Halle

Since 2018, our small team has been building community-based organic farming from the ground up—entirely community-funded and community-driven. Across the city of Halle (Saale) and Saalekreis district, we grow nutritious food, distribute it locally, and pursue the way of a real bond of solidarity between rural area and the city, between producers and consumers. Our practices seek to nurture both the Earth and the community arround us.

In a time of troubling political shifts, our work feels more vital than ever. We're expanding our mission to deepen our roots in the community and strengthen our commitment to sustainable stewardship of the land. Every harvest represents more than food—it's a statement about the world we want to build together.
