As groundwater resources shrink and soil fertility declines, both rural and urban communities face immediate socio-economic vulnerabilities. Without an organized, modern intervention that equips the younger generation with both scientific tools and a mobilization framework, communities face irreversible ecological losses and systemic crises in the near future.
