About For the Future PH

For the Future is a grassroots, youth-led NGO based in the Philippines made up of young artists and changemakers who empower the next generation through creativity, culture, and community. We work with Indigenous partner communities to restore and defend their ancestral lands while empowering them through livelihood and educational programs. To do this, we ensure that all our projects are co-created with the communities that will benefit from them, wherein our partners are involved in every single step of the process, from conceptualization to execution. Alongside this, our educational program is working to equip and train the youth to become the future leaders of their communities. By working hand-in-hand, we are able to create a better future by circling back to our roots. We imagine a society where Indigenous communities are equipped, empowered, and self-sufficient.
