About Forêt & Naturalité

Forêt & Naturalité actively protects and defends sites with a high degree of naturalness in Belgium while establishing vast integral reserves to allow nature to flourish freely. The organization champions natural forests worldwide by highlighting their value and supporting local and international conservation initiatives. Forêt & Naturalité offers activities and services focused on naturalness, rewilding, forest ecology, and sustainable forest management. Within the Walloon NGO sector, F&N remains to this day the only organisation whose constitution, mission and activities are primarily focused on the protection and promotion of natural forests and rewilding. F&N thus represents many citizens and environmentalists who see wild, self-sustaining nature as an opportunity to restore biodiversity and reconnect with nature.
