Our Vision: Community, Food Sovereignty & Regeneration
We're creating something transformative, a living model that weaves together community housing with regenerative agriculture to heal both land and people.
What We're Building
We're expanding our edible forest from 600 m² to over 5,000 m², using syntropic and biodynamic principles to maximize biodiversity, restore soil health, and sequester carbon. This includes ecological corridors, rainwater harvesting systems, and green roofs designed for our changing climate.
Three Pillars of Impact
Food Sovereignty: Local seed banks, school gardens, and holistic animal integration create nutritious abundance. Our bio-pond becomes both ecosystem and community gathering space.
Circular Economy: As the Basque Country's first housing cooperative, we're building food access for everyone through flexible seasonal baskets (€25-€50/month). Members choose their role—supporting, consuming, or actively participating in farm work and permaculture training.
Ecosystem Regeneration: We're developing a replicable, scalable model grounded in community care and biodiversity that regenerates the ecosystems sustaining us.
This isn't just a project—it's a blueprint for sustainable living that's achievable, meaningful, and urgently needed.
