WeCoop

WeCoop is a systemic design and consulting cooperative founded by researchers and practitioners from ETH Zurich, working at the intersection of bioregional intelligence, participatory design, and resilient territorial development. We support organizations and communities in navigating complexity through ecological insight, spatial thinking, and collaborative processes that enable place-sensitive transitions. Our place-based work focuses primarily on the North Oglio Park, Po River Basin, and Venetian Lagoon bioregions in Northern Italy, with additional activities in the Lémanic region (Lake Geneva–Lavaux), Northern Norway, and an affiliated cell in Mexico. Our interdisciplinary team of five practitioners brings expertise in regenerative design, architecture, sustainable construction, facilitation, circular economy, and systems thinking.
