Hypercerts are open, composable digital records designed to support collective funding and coordination across domains including open-source software, research, public-interest infrastructure, and environmental stewardship without relying on centralized platforms or authorities. Hypercerts is not a product of one organization but a protocol shaped by an ecosystem of builders, funders, evaluators, and researchers across multiple domains.
