The Agora Series convenes interdisciplinary human flourishing salons at Apollo Innovation Commons—experiential gatherings that bridge conversations across four dimensions of flourishing: inner, relational, cultural, and planetary. Named for the ancient public square where ideas, commerce, and civic life intersected, the Agora Series treats dialogue itself as a generative practice.
Each salon draws together practitioners and researchers spanning AI, biotech, robotics, climate, arts, and human flourishing: to explore questions no single discipline can answer alone. Rather than panels or lectures, salons are designed as embodied, participatory experiences: structured dialogue, contemplative practice, and shared inquiry that move participants from abstract exchange toward felt understanding.
The series rests on a simple premise: the frontier challenges of our time, technological, ecological, and social, are inseparable from questions of how humans and communities flourish. By placing scientists, builders, artists, and contemplatives in sustained conversation, the Agora Series cultivates the cross-pollination that breakthrough work requires, while modeling a form of civic discourse rooted in care, curiosity, and rigor.
Outcomes include a recurring convening rhythm, a growing network of cross-lab collaborators, and a documented body of insights that informs Apollo's wider research and community programming.
