What They Did The workshop ran last weekend, starting with a day exploring the area around Maloca. The community decided to extend the activity through the whole week, with participants continuing to take as many photos as they can. This weekend they will collectively submit all observations and hold a prize-giving ceremony. For Tainá submissions, those already familiar will lead; Eduardo will guide anyone new to it. Feature Wishlist Bulk Upload for submitting multiple observations at once Offline app for AudioMoth deployment in the field **SWOT Analysis — Tainá Workshop, Parque das Tribos** **Strengths** - Engaged participants; several strong photographers well-suited for biodiversity observation - Casual format attracts self-selected, genuinely interested attendees - Maloca surroundings have rich biodiversity; neighbourhood is walkable end-to-end - Nearby reserve adds potential for future BioBlitz routes **Weaknesses** - Lower turnout than expected (18 of 25) - Session felt rushed **Opportunities** - Kids gravitate toward photo-taking over conversation with Tainá, a natural fit for the BioBlitz format - Bulk Upload could streamline multi-participant submissions in future sessions **Threats** - Government actively destroying a nearby reserve, posing a longer-term risk to site viability and community access

This is the BioBlitz following the workshop from the day before. At first, they planned for a full day but realised that doing it the whole week would be better as teens and kids have more free time after school. All pics collected through this week will be uploaded during the weekend.
